✿ What is Rivvy Momo?

Rivvy Momo is a small beauty company founded in sunny California by Rivvy and Brandino. We have a passion in selfcare since teenage years and we’re finally able to kick start our dream of sharing the best skincare and makeup collection to you! Making quality selfcare affordable and accessible is important to us and our biggest goal is to help you achieve ultimate self-love through self-care.

✿ Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, Rivvy Momo only ships within the United States but we hope to expand soon!

 

✿ Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard shipping is applied to all orders for all orders $55+ within the continental US. Please note that free shipping is applied before discount codes and taxes have been submitted and your subtotal remains above $55.

 

✿ When will my Rivvy Momo order ship?

Our staff process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped in the next 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that your tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to be updated.

 

✿ Where will my Rivvy Momo order ship from, and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped out of California, U.S., and orders with standard shipping usually take 4-7 business days from the day they ship to arrive at their destination.

 

✿ Are the products on Rivvy Momo 100% authentic?

All our products are 100% authentic and direct from brands in Korea and Japan!

 

✿ Can my order be changed or canceled?

The order can be changed or canceled if it has not yet been processed. If you wish to change/cancel, please send us a request through our contact page or email us at contact@rivvymomo.com.

 

✿ Can I return my product?

We always aim to ensure the best customer service. If you need to return an order, we’re happy to help!

To proceed with product exchange, please email us at contact@rivvymomo.com with the info below to our customer service team:

  1. Order Number
  2. Item Photo or ID
  3. Reason for Return

Once we have this information, the customer service team will assess the possibility of a return, then we'll be able to guide you through the return process and discuss available options.

Our policy is that we are happy to accept returns on new/unopened products within 30 days of receipt; please leave the inquiry to our customer service team at contact@rivvymomo.com. The customer service team will first assess the possibility of a return after confirming the product photos. Then depending on the reason of return, we will then provide you more information on how to ship the item back to us.

After a return has been delivered to us, please expect 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your original form of payment.
